Actually, Dean of the Arab Institute for Leadership Development
at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime
Transport , Associate professor in the College of Management &
Technology. She is advisor to Minister of Education in Egypt for
her deep knowledge of strategic and economic planning in the
public sector.
During her stay in France for 7 years for a scholarship to earn
her PhD in inter-cultural Management from University of Aix en
Provence, she worked as ATER (temporary attache for instruction
and research) Department of ABTHIS-UFR/ERLAOS Aix en
Provence University France and as an Educational international
assistant at Department of International Negotiation.
Her publications focus on behavioral sciences covering various
field as the leadership, training in the workplace, the impact of
conflicts in the institutions, the Generation Y, intercultural
management, internationalization, youth & women empowerment.
